AGGREGATED SYSTEMS® High Wear Floor

This concrete floor overlay system  is a combination of several complex and specially designed polymer binders and synthetic aggregates  which integrated together create an exposed aggregated high wear surface that is armored, impermeable, non-slip, colourfast, chemical resistant and can be quickly and easily installed.  It can be optionally ground and/or coated with different compatible final wear surfaces to impart specific optional functionalities including resistance to many chemicals, disinfectants and aggressive cleaners.  The system is designed for moderate to high wear surface.

Usage examples: heavy industrial floors, food facilities, automotive & oil service areas, clean rooms, etc.

 

AGGREGATED SYSTEMS® Medium Wear Floor

This concrete floor overlay system is a modified version of  the High Wear Floor system.  It has the same basic technology and components as High Wear Floor but with its design adapted to light to moderate wear surface.

Usage examples: industrial floors, food facilities, automotive areas, machine shops, parking stalls, etc.

 

AGGREGATED SYSTEMS® Traffic Deck

This concrete floor overlay system is a derivative of the High Wear Floor system.  It has the same basic technology and components as High Wear Floor but with specific surface finishes and design adapted to parking structures and traffic decks.

Usage examples: parking structures, hangars, ramps, bus loops, hangars, etc.

 

AGGREGATED SYSTEMS® TopMarking

TopMarking is a high friction permanent marking system for roads, pavements and parking decks. It consists of durable synthetic colored aggregates encased and bonded to the pavement with a specially formulated polymer binder. 

Usage examples: pavement lines, stop bars, arrows, bicycle paths, etc.
